The Pedi Air Align XL supports the larger occipital area of a child’s head, allowing for neutral spinal alignment and an open, maintainable airway, with an extra four inches of width for larger children.

This is the only pediatric immobilization board roto-molded from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to create a one piece seamless product that’s easy to disinfect.
